I love Two Crude Dudes, a game most would consider to be mediocre at best. However, the action is perfectly paced and it's not a button masher. It's a really great action sidescroller overall. What's your favorite "bad/mediocre" game that most would rather pass on?
Most don't care for Decap Attack but I love that game.

I just love it, a shitload of levels and secrets and it reminds me of a dark Mario game.
But I've seen quite some people here talk bad about the game.

I've always loved the cheesy atmosphere in TCD... Those victory moves after each boss are priceless, and they threw in a little bit of everything in the later levels like an evil santa dwarf, a frisbee-throwing android and a werewolf. :D
Pit Fighter:
I remember when it was released for the Genesis, EGM and Gamepro both gave it good reviews, so I bought it and wasn't disappointed. The Tengen Genny version's gameplay is also clearly superior to the horrible THQ SNES version.

I've always enjoyed any version of Sonic 3D Blast. I even got some enjoyment of game gear Blast.
I like TMNT Hyperstone Heist but all I see is bashing about how it isn't as good as Turtles in Time-- but I really like it.

I liked what SEGA did with their Genny port of Virtua Fighter 2, also. Looks pretty damn good, all things considered.
