Yeah, I've noticed that, it's annoying. I always have to switch my settings each time I go from SMS to Genesis games. Unless I'm stupid and there's different settings you can save.
Nope...
The Game Gear settings 1+2..but on the SMS is 2+1
Steve Snake gotta fix the SMS prob in his next update
he also needs to work on his Mac USB controller compatibility. I usually just use "Enjoy" and map to keyboard buttons to save myself the song and dance it takes to get fusion to register inputs. Could just be the drivers on the controller too, though (USB Saturn pads are from 2004 so it stands to reason the drivers are crap)
Doesn't really matter. A USB controller device just has buttons that need to be recognized. Each USB stick doesn't need its own driver unless it does something really fancy. He just needs to update his USB recognition scheme or something like that... that'd be my guess.
perhaps. I've found that if Safari is open while I open Fusion, it won't recognize the controller. I pretty much have to have everything closed and then plug in the controller and then start fusion for it to work. I really think it's something to do with the controller though, it's always fussy to get recognized initially.
Though, then again, sometimes my X-Arcade is like that too. MAME will recognize it no problem, but Fusion won't accept any inputs, so I HAVE to use Enjoy. Thank god for that program, it's the perfect simple joypad map utility.
That's weird. I have a USB Saturn controller and it works fine all of the time with the other Genesis emulators on he Mac. The Xbox 360 USB controller (which I prefer over the wireless model) works perfectly every time as well. I haven't tried either with Fusion since it is far more of a pain to run than any of those other emulators.
Dear Steve Snake,
Open source your project.
-Love-
Everybody.
