sure enough there wasn't a signature on the C&D can anyone confirm that there needs to be one?

You'd think these Chrono fan projects would have learned by now. Square-Enix is just gonna slap a C&D down on anyone who gets within spitting distance of that game.

These people should have tried their hand at an original creation. Squeenix cannot slap down that which it does not have legal rights to.
