You're not the only one. However... I thought PAL 60 had the same resolution as NTSC? Somewhere I read that or something. Hmm...Quote:

Bet it's gonna be the same than supernes games emulated on the gba: 40$ for a 16 bit game playable on a next gen system.
Ridiculous.

If nintendo keeps the price dirt cheap on the VC, translates games that weren't before, and creates original games for the old systems...they'll do well this generation.
Even so, a new xbox to mod costs 100 bucks now.
So Nintendo are doing for the Revolution and charging for downloads what the blackwar installer & Unleash dash does for my Xbox for knackers all? I think I'm quite comfey with what I have in that respect.
Knackers all? What does that mean?
It means nothing.
British English rocks.
I can imagine a bunch of Brits sitting around a table discussing a new word that must be created which will mean "nothing". One of them says "Knackers all!" with glee. They all agree that since it is so random, it will indeed be the new phrase. A law is passed and the new phrase is put to use.
At least we Americans come up with logical stuff like "It's da bomb yo" and "phiggidy phat mad tight". Both obviously mean "I approve".
Well so much for "You can't do this on Nintendo, Genesis does!"
Eh, I'm still somewhat skeptical, especially in regards to the game selection that it actually ends up with.
Oooohhh, stop whining. Of course they won't show their hand just yet, how long is it until the system's ready to even launch again?Quote:

Christ, have a little patience.
This doesn't really set me on fire. Since I modded my Xbox I couldn't give a monkey's what they do with backwards compatability. I'm doing it all now. For free.
That is the number one reason to own an X-Box after all. I've actually been playing NES, Genesis, Super Nintendo, and other various assorted roms on my Dreamcast myself for a long while.
I just think it's cool that Nintendo is finally recognizing the need and want for classic games and is offering a more legal channel to obtain them that hopefully won't be as ridiculous as their GBA Nintendo Classics bull. I mean $20 per NES game? Give me a break I can get just about any original NES cartridge for less than that.
