of course sometimes I am lucky if I manage to have even one or two of the things listed, but ideally that's what I'd eat if I got things at home and enough time.

Breakfast for me usually consists of whatever I have time for. Some days it's a full meal of eggs, toast, and coffee. Other days it's a bowl of Lucky Charms.

Today it was a cup of coffee to go from Subway. :(

Time For Pie

Today I had 2 English muffins with homemade wild plum jelly, with two apples. It was good.

in the morning

4 pieces of brown bread with appelstroop ( applesirup i think you call it that in inglish)
2 pieces of bread with hagelslag
3 glasses of milk

midday

6 pieces of bread with ham
and 2 cups of tea

in the evening
it s boerekool met worst don t know how you call that in inglish

Lol. I'd be more of a breakfast guy, but I'm just too lazy to cook, or wait for someone else to cook for me, in the morning. Hehehe. I love cooking, though. It just takes so much more of an effort in the morning. Even having to pour down some cereal and milk is a strenuous ordeal. Hehehe.

I'll have that on the weekends, but during weekdays, I skip breakfast altogether. A bag of crisps is all have I until dinner, which suits me just fine.

On a serious note, yeah, most of the time that's all I grab to eat as I'm out of most of the day and it's either that or a Double Cheese burger from McDonald's. I hate healthy foods. :mad:
