dance pads

I have seen some PS2 dance pads at a Goodwill lately in the $2-$3 range. Never being a fan of games like Dance Dance Revolution, I am wondering if it might be worth it to pick these up from a collector's standpoint. Any thoughts? Will these be worth much in the future?

Are they soft pads? If yes, then they're worthless.

nintendo had it so close with the power pad(twister mat) if they only had the game
