How many REV of Revenge of Shinobi exist?

Yes I know, another thread about that. I want to do an article on the different revisions of Revenge Of Shinobi. So far, I think 5 exist:

REV00: Title screen says: 1989. Batman is stage 6 boss. Enemies with flamethrower look like Rambo. Spiderman sprite is a little darker.

REV01: Title screen says: 1989 like the REV00. Batman was changed to look more like a monster. Enemies with flamethrower are now bald. Spiderman sprite is a little brighter.

REV02: Before the title screen, a copyright screen saying 1989-1990 acknowledge the use of Spiderman.

REV03: Before the title screen, a copyright screen saying 1989-1990 acknowledge the use of Spiderman. Godzilla was changed for a skeleton dinosaur.

I think the fifth revision is the same as REV00 except there is no 1989 date or any writing in the title screen?

I know there's a lot of expert here, so I wanted your help on this if you don't mind. Like, is there anymore revision? I think I played a version where the Rambo-like characters were there but no Batman... I'm not quit sure...

Don't forget that the Wii Virtual Console version is now a new version, changing Spider-Man's sprite again and ditching the Spider-Man trademark notice.

I've never seen that fifth revision you're talking about, but other than that, yeah that looks correct.

We recently discussed the different versions of Shinobi in another topic, and I compiled a similar list there.
