Prince of Persia film

I don't know about you, but with Bruckheimer and the series creator involved, I think (and some may vehemently disagree, but...) this may actually be the best game to movie conversion ever. Prince of Persia has always been less popular than say, Tomb Raider or other franchises, more of a cult series than anything, but the movie based on the recent installment of the series may indeed be promising.

I'm replying here because everyone ignored my movie thread earlier. Perhaps a unified topic for game-related movies should be created?

Anyway regarding PoP it does seem promising, especially since the backdrop does lend itself to filmmaking. However other franchises like MGS should be left as (pseudo)'interactive' experiences.
