anyone else think wiifit..
is the dumbest thing ever? i work with kids and am into fitness and all i hear from them and their parents is that wiifit can replace regular exercise to lose weight because of the commercials and what others say.
what they dont bring up for is the calorie deficit you need to actually obtain that weight loss, and the miniscule amount of moving around isn't actually all that helpful, you'd be better off just doing a low calorie diet and sticking to it then just waving your arms around.
thoughts?
