Blast Processing

I am willing to join. I only have a webcam mic. And it's pretty low in terms of volume. I can pick up a microphone though.

I would really like to be a part of this. I've tried getting a podcast together with other people and it quickly fell through. I have a good mic, a skype account, and audacity. AND I'd love to do an episode about the Dreamcast. I even did my last blog entry on Destructoid about it here:

Heh I'm in I suppose. But I've never done a pod cast or used Skype before (*GASP!)

Do we all do this in real time and how many people can talk/listen at the same time in Skype?

I'm very enthusiastic about this project, but sadly I don't think I would do well on the show. For one thing I have satellite internet which is extremely laggy (not good for streaming), second I'm not the best at talking off the top of my head. I don't stutter but I can't really do a constant, radio-style motion going.

While yes I do have a decent microphone, Skype and Audacity, I feel like staying out of the project. I'll still watch the show and voice my opinion! :D

Alright, I think I could do that. Not sure on a time but I'd be willing to test things. Keep in mind my internet has massive ping latency (at least 1000ms to 2000ms) so my steaming might (or probably) be really sketchy.

What happens if my slot doesn't work out?

Oh yeah, I forgot to mention that my knowledge on Dreamcast is rather limited. That's one Sega system I'm not well versed in. Sort of like the Master System.

are you planning on doing a live/simultaneous recording? That might get sketchy if you try to bring the Europeans on board or even people on the East/West coast.

Then at the end of the recording session, you all send of your audio tracks to me so I can put all the individual tracks together to form the conversation. I meant in terms of scheduling since, you know, people have work and need to sleep and such. Europeans are (should be) sleeping when we're hitting mid-day, for example.
