It's easy! Just flip your Saturn over and look for the center-most label. Both Model 1 and 2 units quite clearly state the month and year that unit was manufactured in.

That pic is of my Model 1 Saturn, it was manufactured in August, 1995 as seen.
My Model 2 Saturn was produced in July, 1996 but I don't have a pic of that.

My main Saturn was manufactured September of '96.
My Extra Saturn (which JackieBogard wanted, maybe still wants to buy?) is August of '96.
Both are Model 2s.

Neither does my aussie one. It just says "Caution do not open, dangerous voltage inside"
