What CUL is doing is the same as charging someone for volunteer work! I think most people can deduce the wrongness of that.

He knew that the game was available in limited quantities when he decided to charge nearly twice the price for literally the same thing that WM would have sold to the same person who will end up...

I don't think anyone here is surprised that this is already happening, just expressing their opinions about it.

Whether scalping copies of Pier Solar (before it is even out) is fair or not, it is definitely inconsiderate and selfish. Some might even consider it immoral.
