That's pretty strange, because I do use the same RGB cable of my old megadrive PAL...
Could be some difference in JAP Megadrive system video output?

Everything was super-perfectly packed, I don't think it's a mechanical problem.

The intermitting sound comes out from TV, not from CD itself...

Also, trying with some hearphones I do not hear...
