OH OK. I remember you mentioning that. I blame my lack of reading skills.

A bit Premature, as the money won't be transfered until Thursday or Friday. No worries, as I have the day off, but it'd be damned nice if I had it by then.

    Mega Drive 2 SCART Cable
CYP CSY2100 (RGB Scart -> Component Converter)

Although I play Genesis on a good compsite TV, I wonder if I will see a big difference?

You will if you have a good component TV. I assume you'll be using a Genesis 1 and a 32X with that, as otherwise you won't have any sound unless you do a small mod to the converter. You can also remove the 32X and just use the adapter cable that goes between the Genesis and 32X if you want.

Good games that show lots of difference between composite and component:
-Game Genie title screen (where the red genie is) - much less color bleed.
-Midnight Resistance (in the weapons select room)
    -Batman (don't walk sign)
-Any game with the color red in it.

I have looked in to everything, so the only thing I need to do is purchase the stuff.. damn paypal taking forever to transfer funds, and going to radio shack to buy the adaptor. I have Batman and a Game Genie. And yes, I'll be using a Genesis 1 and a 32X. I already have the audio going out of the headphone jack, so I'm pretty psyched.

I've FINALLY got my grubby hands on a Japanese copy of Sparkster and Sonic 3. A cartridge slot expander's on the way, too, so I can slice a trace on that rather than fiddle with tape when dumping cartridges

edit: 32X too whoop whoop whoop
