Got Master of Darkness in the Mail. Australian Master System games suck.

Yeah, the boxes are slightly smaller than real Master System games, the manuals don't fit in the holders in the box and the cartridges have weird white lines on the stickers. I am beginning to think that Australia might not be a real country.

Well, there's not too many PAL Master System games I want... so I'll probally import from the UK or something.

I think I can count what I want on one hand. Thankfully just about everything I want is damned cheap... nothing stupidly rare like Power Strike 2, or Home Alone. But the suspense kills me. Power Strike 2 wouldn't be too bad to own, but I'd never really play it, and it's a lot of money.

I don't think he is. Sega of America removed the fag of Bare Knuckle 3, so why should Sodom have been spared? These games were sold to christians you know. Most christians seem to hate fags, which I don't understand since Jesus loves everybody.

Yeah, Sodom's new name of Katana was in the Sega CD version. But all they did for the US Sega CD version was change names and add a little clothing -- unlike the SNES version, they didn't remove any characters or stages or anything. Also I think the dialogue was allowed to be slightly racier in the Sega CD version, e.g. "You son of a..." instead of "You fiend!".

In any case, from what I gather, Japan's not exactly progressive when it comes to gay rights, so I don't see why the gay thing is less of an issue there. I'm inclined to think that we're just bigger on censorship in general.
