Default game ported to the most systems?

the shadow of the beast thread inspired me to wonder what "game" has been ported to the most systems?

i mean shadow of the beast got around it was on the lynx,genesis,amiga,commodore64,atari st,snes, spectrum, turbografx cd

but there are other contenders like say double dragon(even on the 2600) and tetris(playable on some scientific calculators)

what do you think is the game that has been on the most systems?

Doom seems to be on everything anymore. That's what I'd bet on.

Simple question, Tetris of course. I would like to know,
what system it ISN'T yet on. There are even small
portable systems exclusievly for Tetris and it's variations
(tiny bit smaller than an original gameboy, but similar looking).

OK, to back the claim up:

I think he means the same game. Tetris has been on just about every system, but it has been a brand new game on every system. It's never the same game.

I would put my money on Street Fighter 2, but then again thats been on every system as remixes and crap.

How can you say that Street Fighter 2 was always
the same game, if, for example, on ZX Spectrum it
was hardly anything like the SNES or Mega Drive? Or
how is Street Fighter 2 for the NES the same game?
There are only two buttons instead of six. Tetris is the
only game that truly remains the same when ported
over, even if the visuals are totally different.

The OP is talking about ports of the same game, I don't think the quality of the ports was really supposed to be taken to heart here in whether or not a game *feels* like other versions of the same name.

Are we talking about legit ports, or are bootlegs and rom hacks fair game in this as well?

yea there is so many loopholes
i guess i have to lawyerball it up a bit
i guess what i mean is the game has the exact same name
and is released by a legitimate publisher

not "tetris plus" or say "pacman land" game not with that exact name no sequels or prequels

and yes lemmings got around just as much as shadow of the beast

i guess under those rules even checkers would have a chance but not chess since every chess name has some weird name like "hyper chess 3000 cyber kasperov edition"

    Zoop.
besides Lynx and TG16 (and 3DO?), I think it was ported to every format possible at the time.
