As of now, it's a waiting game. The ads were removed, and the next time it happens I want him to impersonate me so I can get CL to levy that $1000 fine per incident. Or at least try. If it happens again I'll be posting about it (though I don't want to seem like I "can't deal" to anyone.
I kind of lost it last night, got really angry. That won't happen again. But if he surfaces again (whoever the ass-hat is) I'll post about it.
