so let me get this straight: RROD happens multiple times, causes up to a month of downtime, and likely means most or all XBOX 360s will be junk shortly after the system's marketplace life is up. PS3 is down for 1 day with no damage to the hardware. PS3 is fail and XBOX 360 is still awesome super neato.
WHAT THE FUCK IS GOING ON HERE?!
ummmm

My PS3 is an original 60GB unit, and it doesn't let me connect to PSN, but other than that, games work fine. How odd.
You just can't handle my jawusumness responces.
Now's your chance Bernie! Ring the door bell!
I can't keep them down for long!
Move along now, nothing to see here.
Everything should be fixed now, until the next time the PS3 confuses leap years or whatever the hell happened.
But its not a leap year..that is when there is 29 days in february..so i dont know what the hell happenend but someone at Sony should get fired. I vote for that lame office guy in the U.S. Commercials.
Why does it say 1/1/2000??
The PS2 was born in 2000
It's a clock error, something to due with how the original PS3 model's dealt with leap years, check here for some vague reasons

Game on!(as car passes by)
I had to update my clock again, it thought it was the 28th still.
Ah but the error had effected those that hadn`t gone online as well, it was a firmware problem. But it is resolved now, so it doesn`t effect us anymore. Mine also said the 28th when I turned it on
