Holy shit! I thought $13,000 was an insane price for Stadium Events.

hold s***!!!!! thats insane!
Lol. One could buy every U.S.-Sega Genesis game and be done with it. One might even have enough money to start-up another collection. I think that the original MSRP is about the highest price I'd be willing to pay for a game I really want.
People are silly.
Look, another crazy item on ebay. I actually have this game,
in used condition, cart only. Picked it up for 2 euros at a fleamarket.

I'd like to have a box and especially the manual, but if it's so damn
expensive, I might just end up finding a guide on the net and printing
it out instead.
When I saw this, I figured it must have been Stadium Events. Although that is small potatoes compared to this SE auction: http://cgi.ebay.com/Stadium-Events-N...item19ba493025
WOWIE ZOWIE!!
I'm only interested in two things: Titties and beer. Ya know what I mean?

There is another Stadium Events on Ebay right now, current bid $800,000. I've lost my faith in humanity.
The SE auction currently at 800,000 is a joke auction. If you notice the bidding, everything after 10k was made by buyers with double digit feedback. Not to mention that Sealed SE does NOT have an original reseal. It's either a vintage reseal (like what a store would do) or a completely fake reseal.
"After taxes and tithing, the rest of our part will be going to a retirement account that has been decimated by the dot-com bomb, 9/11, and the recent market problems. Not very sexy, but needed." He's also going to auction off the rest of his Nintendo paraphernalia.
Wonder how much Uncle Sam gets.
I didn't buy an $8 cart only copy several years ago. Whoops.
S A V E R U S T Y
Remember everyone:
The PAL version of this game is worth little, especially in comparison to the NTSC copies. Why? They weren't recalled.
When people buy stuff like this for daft prices, I really hope (in a petty, jealous way, I must admit) that they get it in the post, unwrap it, and just look at it for an hour or so thinking what they have done with their lives. 'I have bought it, now I must live with it on my shelf, avoiding its I-cost-$40k-enjoy-your-noodles gaze'.
Eh? This isn't like the sticker on the box for US-SMS Sonic 1, is it?
