    Quite an observation.

    Seriously, don't bother with complete anything Nintendo pre-GameCube, unless you want to shell out. Kids curb stomped the boxes, and used the manuals as toilet paper.

    Although, I did manage to find Super Castlevania IV and Spindizzy CIB at a thrift store once, I think about $4 each.

    Ditto.

    I don't even bother trying to get CIB SNES games. I keep all of mine on a shelf with the little dust covers on them. I'm thinking of maybe putting them in the universal cartridge boxes, if I can get my hands on some of them.

    was gunna try and get a big collection of snes games but even unboxed games are about 15 quid at minimum

    I've seen soem rental NES games in sega-like clamshell cases. In fact, I've got an ex-Blockbuster copy of pinball with one such case of blue plastic. (I'll post a picture sometime)
