Sound Test in GameGear Shinobi II??

Does anyone know how to get in the sound test screen? i searched a lot on the web but never found anything about shinobiII, only the first one. Some years ago i was able to get in the sound test accidentally, i was at the last level and i had game over. When the game restarted, i raged at the title screen and i pressed all buttons and directions randomly, and by coincidence i've unlocked it! I remember it was a black screen, only a text line in the center to test music (same font as "new game" or "password" if i remember right). After that i NEVER succeded to do it again, i'm obsessed about this thing <_<
