Greatest hits or not people buy that game like clockwork and always for to much. It usually goes for $25 to $35.
Somewhere in the background, Sparksterz is grinning ear to ear for having scored my like-new, $15 copy of GH SoTN.![]()
Just low ball bid like crazy on Ebay. Eventually its possible to get the price you want. It just takes some time.
Wow, that's more than my Saturn import + Action Replay cost back in the day:

Is $25 shipped good for a GH copy??
Good compared to this

Though you might do better somewhere else.
I got a Saturn copy for $40, but yeah, the price is through the roof now. I'm just lucky I grabbed a copy for both systems, so I'm good.
Yeah I wasn't going to say anything Aarzak :P
But rest assured I am putting the game to good use and it's not just sitting on the shelf.

The main difference between the PS1/XBLA/PSN SoTN and the Saturn SoTN is that the Saturn version contains two new (useless) areas unavailable in every other version, along with the ability of playing as Maria (you can also play as her in the PSP "Dracula X Chronicles" version, but she plays differently in that one) and Richter (two "versions" of him; one with the old-school Dracula X/SoTN sprite, the other with a newly drawn sprite for this version, they play identically otherwise) from the start of the game. Otherwise, it contains longer loading times, slowdown and inferior special effects (i.e transparency) to the other versions of the game.
Not worth forking out the big bucks for that version IMO, even Iga, the game's producer has disowned the Saturn version. People shouldn't even be paying much for SoTN to begin with. It's a classic, but not the "Holy Grail", and has been re-released in many formats. That's why I sold my copy for so low (btw, the GH edition of SoTN PS1 had received a re-print sometime in the early 2000's, which is why it's kinda common).
BTW promking, have you checked your PM box lately?![]()
So, $25 shipped isn't a good deal...
If it in great shape then its not a terrible deal. Its just sorta hurts to think it cost $19.99 when it was new not to long ago.
What hurts more is that I originally bought the black label version out of the bargain bin at CompUSA. When I sold it to GameStop a few years back (along with MegaMan Legends 2), the clerk excitedly told me that he could give me $8 for it!!!
A facepalm ensued not too many months later...
