Default Dreamcast (jp) with games £80?

Is a JP Dreamcast with stepdown convertor and games worth £80.00? It is boxed but does not have inserts, The seller says it is also Multi Regional and the games are the following.

Japanese-Cool Boarders Burrrn, Crazy Taxi, Ready 2 Rumble Boxing, Sonic Adventure, Super Magnetic Niuniu, Virtua Fighter 3TB

American-Chu Chu Rocket, Crazy Taxi 2, Dynamite Cop, Sega Rally 2, TNN Hardcore Heat, Toy Commander, Worms World Party.

Plus he said if i collect he will throw in some more.

The one thing that put me off is that he said he had a bunch of cdr games to go with it, Does this mean its been raped.

So, is it a steal or no deal? What you guys think..........

Personally I think that's a very good deal, but you might wanna wait for a second opinion. I haven't checked prices in ages.
The Mega Drive was far inferior to the NES in terms of diffusion rate and sales in the Japanese market, though there were ardent Sega users. But in the US and Europe, we knew Sega could challenge Nintendo. We aimed at dominating those markets, hiring experienced staff for our overseas department in Japan, and revitalising Sega of America and the ailing Virgin group in Europe.

Then we set about developing killer games.

    How much is that $60?

It's okay, but the games you're getting aren't what I'd call worth importing. If you really want a DC that plays all regions, get a Gameshark disc.
A Black Falcon: no, computer games and video games are NOT the same thing. Video games are on consoles, computer games are on PC. The two kinds of games are different, and have significantly different design styles, distribution methods, and game genre selections. Computer gaming and console (video) gaming are NOT the same thing."
