STREETS OF RAGE 2 NOT WORKING(simply after cleaning and everything doesnt boot)

Hi! i tried to boot my game streets of rage 2 and i cleaned, openned the cart and cleaned and doesnt work...i dont know what to do more, it doesnt work...i dont know, maybe if i desolder the chips and capacitor and soldering again it can work again? anyone opnions? cheers

what did you clean it with and how ?

Try replacing the capacitor. That's how I fixed my SMS Double Dragon.

That what happened to my JPN altered beast won't work in my Gen 2, 32X or even my jpn Mega Drive

My JPN Outrun on the Mega Drive works only on my Gen 2, it won't work on anyother system

take pictures of the chip from both sides.

And for god sakes, do it in good lighting (preferably by a window aka sunlight) and use your camera's "macro" or "up close" function.
