I still don't know what to think of this... I bought this and a Hori stick to play it. Amazing graphics/feel/sound, but I'm not thrilled with the character selection at all because I don't recognize any of the characters.

It's Ryu and Chun Li and the rest are Emo japaname looking characters.
Game feels amazing... guess I'll just have to get used to the characters.

I decided to stock up on Fighters for PS2 and make it my fighting Console... way too many badass games to pass it up imo.


Eventually I'm going to get SF4 for 360 or P3.... not sure which one is better. The only reason I won't get it for PC is because playing a Fighter on the PC sounds silly to me.

Capcom vs. SNK 2 just arrived in the mail for Gamecube...
Considering I'm about to have at least 20 fighters, most are comps of multiple games, is this Marvel vs. Capcom series 'necessary' for anyone who's into fighters

Capcom vs SNK 3 doesn't exist. When MrX said that he wanted it so bad he meant that he wanted Capcom (or SNK) to make it. Although SNK vs Capcom Chaos could be considered as the third. One of the differences is that Chaos contains less characters than the second game

Well, I popped in C vs SNK 2 for Gamecube last night and was absolutely disgusted with how it plays on that controller. I'm pissed

Now I want it for PS2... I don't know wtf I was thinking getting it for Gamecube. That controller is NOT meant for fighting at all.

You can get CapVSSNK 2 for DC in the Toodles Capcom Fighter Collection for Dreamcast. I have a PS2->DC adapter (Total Control Plus) so I can use my X-Arcade joystick. It's pretty damn badass, though it is in Japanese (doesn't matter for 99% of the experience).

That's cool... but I don't intend on buying a Dreamcast as I've gone nuts with the PS2 and PS1 games.

I've already ordered a copy of Capcom Vs. SNK 2 for PS2... now I need to figure out what to do with this dumb Gamecube version of it that I paid $15 for.
