I think I preferred your Shinobi package as it used the original artwork of Shinobi III:
...so for Golden Axe I would imagine you'd use the Japanese artwork of Golden Axe 1 / 2 / 3 - or the back cover art from GA1:

Could you share with the class the DPI | PPI used in creating this and the dimensions of the sticker and insert? Maybe share a blank white template if you have it?
I'd like to make one myself, and would imagine others with a multi cart would as well..
