    revengr of shinobi was awesome! return of the ninja maser was intergalatic! however, sega failed us (dropped the ball) on shadow dancer! true hardcore sega (not just genesis) fans know where i am coming from. if you played the arcade version of shadow dancer you (like i) were wowed by the speed the action and the anime esque ninja magic cut scenes! when i herd shadow dancwe was a coming i was ready for some good old ninja throwdown. when i played it i felt like allof the times i played an nes game that did not try its best to mirror its arcade counter part(RYGAR ,NINJA GAIDEN OR STRIDER ANYONE!). i drank the genesis kool-aid for that reason for the arcade conversions. if i want a console taste of the true shadow dancer, i have to settle for the master system version (unreleasd in the states at that). I have long since forgave sega for their treason (but i haven't forgotten) SO TO THAT CRACK TEAM OF SEGA TECHS LOCATED AT THAT SECRECT MOUNTAIN FACILITY SOMEWHERE IN JAPAN (HARD AT WORK ON SEGA'S RE-ENTRY INTO THE HOME CONSOLE WARS) ;YALL BEYATCHES OWE ME BIG TIME! (I CAN HOPE AND DREAM CAN'T I!)

    Honestly, after having spent a lot more time with my Shadow Dancer PCB recently, I have to say I think they improved it for the Genesis. Sure, the graphics weren't as nice, but altogether, I find Shadow Dancer for Genesis to be a superior game to the arcade Shadow Dancer.

    Yeah, the MD Shadow Dancer is absolutely superior. Even the graphics are much more atmospheric.

    Hahah. How can anyone compare the home version with a NES game? The home port is so much better than the arcade version - in every category. One of my favorite carts.

    well thats a problem now i can't play my shadow dancer anymore cause my TV broke on me so now i have to wait to get a new TV but i sure do miss playing shadow dancer so much man...but don't worry i still have my shadow dancer skills.
