Default How do you set up a SG Propad 6?

Anyone know how? I'd love to use the L and R buttons for rotating in Shadow Squadron.

Keep in mind this is going off of memory...

Press the function key twice. That should highlight set. Then press the button(s) you want to assign to the L key, they should highlight on the display. Then, press the L key to set the keys. Do the same thing for the right.

I've got the instruction manual for the SG Propad 6. Let me know if you need any info from it.

Don't forget that you can only assign abc/xyz to the L and R buttons, you can not do up/down/left/right.

I was using mine a few days ago. That's how you do it. And when you finish assigning the buttons push Set to exit the Set Mode. You're ready to go!!!

Found my instruction book. Don't have a scanner, so I'll just include vital info...

    Auto Fire Setting:
The 6 buttons (ABCXYZ) can be set to auto fire independently.
    1) Press "Func" button once ("Auto" LED lights up).
    2) Press buttons to assign auto fire to.
    3) Press "Func" button twice to return to normal mode.
Selected auto fire buttons should be flashing. NOTE: L & R buttons can't be set to auto fire.

    --------------------------

    Synchro-Fire setting:
Already explained above, but here it is again a little different:

    Presetting L & R:
    1) Press "Func" button twice ("Set" LED lights up).
    2) Select L or R.
    3) Press the chosen fire button(s).
    4) Press "Func" button once to return to normal mode.
Example: Preset A,B,X,Z fire buttons to the assigned L fire button. L becomes A+B+X+Z.
NOTE: Any combination can be preset including a single fire button.
