I was going to recommend the majesco sega genesis 6 button turbo controller as I feel they are great and that is what I use and there were still new ones...or so I thought. I checked ebay, nothing. The 2 stores on google shopping are out of stock. There is another store that doesn't guarentee what product you will get. Hopefully more new ones come around.

I tried searching without the word turbo and came up with some:

    http://cgi.ebay.com/GENUINE-SEGA-GEN...es_Accessories

A little pricey for one. Keep looking on ebay and sometimes they will sell these ones in lots of 12 for about $84.00.

    Heres another one:

I'd contact them to see make sure they are selling the pictured controller. You can probably save here on the shipping by buying a few.

Here's a good price but they say it is a Mega Brand, maybe not as pictured?

Mostly they don't come boxed anymore. Just in a bubble wrap sleeve. This site shows them boxed but once again, I'd contact them first.

Actually, I just bought one of these. I'll let you guys know if it is indeed a new controller when I get it. Fair price if it is, if it's not, I'm sending it back.

Watch out when getting a new controller off of eBay. A lot of the Genesis ones are indeed knock-offs. Try to find an official one. I think the 6-Button arcade pads turn up more than the standard 3-button pad NIB on eBay.

Who knows, you may find some useful information there. There's some nifty input by some of the users here about the Majesco Genesis 3 ones in the thread I linked.

Bummer. I was afraid of this, hopefully not though. It says "official" all over the auction, so if it is a knock-off I'm sending it back for sure.

Well the 6 button controller you bought is officially licensed by Sega but it was made by Majesco, so you did get an OFFICIAL controller but not built by Sega.

Ah, this makes more sense. Oh well. These are considered to be junk?

Well depends who you talk to, some on this site would say that the controllers are good others will say junk. I myself have never tried them as I'm still using the same 3 button and 6 button controllers from back when I got them. But the Majesco ones are still a hell of a lot better than most of the other 6 button no name brands out there. But if your lucky keep checking Ebay and sooner or later a new 6 button Sega pad will show up.

Sorry to sort of hijack this thread, but I got the controller today that I ordered, and I pretty much hate it. It's simply too small really. It seems to work ok, although the d-pad is touchy at times. Plus, it really difficult to plug and unplug from the system--it just doesn't fit right. Gonna try and get my money back.
