Phantasy Star IV on release day was the most I've spent on Genesis game ever, all my imports I've been lucky to get under $80 and thats usually when I go to Japan every year which I'm glad.

I've paid quite a bit for CIB mint copies of Alien Soldier, MUSHA, and Battle Mania Daiginjou.

Somewhere in the neighborhood of $45 for my CIB copy of Pirates! Gold. Other than that, I don't have a lot of expensive Genesis games. I have Shining Force and all 3 Phantasy Star games, but I got them all at thrifts and whatnot.

Would love to get Alien Solider--you need a converter to play it on a Genesis though right? Not that I'll have to worry about it for awhile--really expensive game!

Now that I think about it, I've never paid much for any of my games. The most expensive Genesis game I bought was Beggar Prince which was $40 or so. If we throw in the other systems I paid $50 for Snatcher used, and I made my parents pay $69.99 for Doom 32x.

I think everything else in my collection was $25 or less on the Genesis, and $30 or less for the Sega CD. Most of my 32x games cost in the single digits.

The most I paid for a single game was somewhere around $300 for a REV.00 copy of Moonwalker. Granted it was multiple copies and it was a replacement for the one I had gotten before MJ died (still paid around $200 for the first copy once again multiple copies)

My parents spent about 80€ (12.000 pesetas at the time) on buying Disney's Aladdin in Xmas 1993.

Well, Tetris on the Sega Genesis is pretty expensive.
