    I do understand your point of "the majority of these being released after the Dreamcast's demise" and you can bitch as much as you like, but I still think you're overstating the situation.

    Overall the DC has many less shmups than its direct competition, which is the PS2. Besides some of the reasons pointed out by combofriend, I guess the reason why the DC is being home for these shmups is because its performance outweighs that of the PS2 with regards to this particular genre - no tech backing here, it's just my general perception.

    PS. You're missing Karous in the list.

    Now back to Fast Striker. I got an email saying my order was in "processing" status a couple of days ago!

    I wish companies would still make games for the Saturn. Luv to see what else the 4MB ram cart could've done.
