1. Sega's plethora of bad business decisions and their lack of unity and communication between regions.
2. First person shooters being the only genre people care about these days.
3. Japan and their habit of always keeping the coolest gaming stuff to themselves.
4. Why do good vertical shmups tend to be so expensive?!?
5. The Saturn's complex design.
6. Call of Duty
7. I hate how it seems like almost every Genesis has crappy sound quality compared to the HDG one. Why did they have to get so cheap and skimp!?
8. Treasure. Why do all their games have to be so damn expensive!?
I could go on for hours...

gamestop , the fact that they throw away all cases and manuals for ps2 and ds games is just idioc beyond comprehension.
As much as I hate Gamestop's poor customer service and manner of operation, I reserve my hate towards resellers. Those who will pick up 10 copies of a game on release day only to put them up on ebay, Craigslist, and Kijiji for double, triple, or quadruple the price.

While I agree that most resellers are total douches, not all of them are like that. I made a pretty decent living being an ebay reseller at one point. Every single auction of mine (repeat: auction, not BIN) started at $.99. I'm not going to try too hard to make myself sound noble, but I definitely don't see many other people doing that.
MrMatthews, no offense intended. If I ever state an opinion on the forum, take it with a grain of salt. As with every topic, there is always a grey area.
With respect to the topic, I'll give you an example of what I am speaking about. Not too long ago, Nintendo released a "Mario All-Stars Limited Edition" for the Wii. The game retailed for $29.99 at release. No sooner was the game on the shelves did we begin to see resellers scoop copies of the game by the hand full and place them on Craigslist and Kijiji for 4 times the price. That type of blatant greed just pisses the hell out of me!

As mentioned already, Gamestop.

I've started to resell, mostly to make extra cash and learn what older games sell for so I can more easily snag deals. Also, it makes it financially feasible for me to keep getting game footage for comparison videos by recording the games' before shipping. I do buy it now or best offer though, and I set the BIN price at what current completed listings are selling for.
I like it, since I get to handle a bunch of games I otherwise wouldn't be reminded of. I like to think I'm doing the community a bit of a service too, since I clean up the cases and games, getting them as nice looking as possible. Man, I will never know how some people manage to get so much crap on the bottom of discs. Do people blow on discs to make them work too?![]()

Here's another one. The Resident Evil game recently released for the 3DS has a misspelling on the spine title, reading "Resident Evil: Revelaitons." Capcom is already in the process of printing out correct labels. The same day that I bought my copy at Target for $40.00, I found a guy selling the R@RE MISPRINT!! copy on ebay for $80.00.
that's rediculous for a game that was released recently, people are also doing that with tales of the abyss for 3ds. Not only is it extremely hard to get even though it was just released but some idiot on amazon is trying to sell a copy for over $4,000. I've noticed this happening with a lot of newer games that are made in smaller supply.
Casual, generic games that people try to pass as hardcore (Call of Duty, Gears of War and more generic games), mainstream gaming in general and Jrpgs.
