Coop can you send me the Photoshop save of one of your Genesis manuals so I make them the correct size

The problem with that is that each manual isn't the same size. Some are a little taller, some wider... it all depends on how that particular copy of a given manual was cut during production. That said, check your PM box.



And on that note, I have a nice set of updates to give. First, the Crusader of Centy manual is almost done. I just need douglie007 to get a couple scans to me to replace the fucked up pages in the original scans attached to this thread, and then I can finish it. Second, I've updated every cover I've done. And I mean, every cover. I went back and fixed missed color issues, and touched them all up... especially the ones I did when this whole project first started. They're all also saved at a higher quality, so there's that as well. And finally, I found an old SEGA-CD scan from a long time ago, so now the cover of Eye of the Beholder is on there too.

Oh, and to anyone who downloaded the OutRun manual, I went and updated it. I screwed up something, and missed a needed edit. So it's ready for grabbing again here...

Depends on the quality of the image. If it's really compressed with a lot of artifacts, you're pretty much boned for any kind of an easy fix.

I highlighted all the ones I have. I also have Starflight, but unless you can find someone willing to rip apart their manual (it's bound like a paperback book, with a hard spine), you're going to be hard pressed to get someone to scan it.

you're right, and since i want the starmap back anyway ill just have to hunt down a CIB starflight, it'd be easier at this point anyway. and i do indeed mean the PAL Super Fantasy Zone!

It took what felt like forever to do the clean up on these two, but the Crusader of Centy manual's done, as is the new version of the Weaponlord manual. They're here for the getting...

There was so much editing to be done on the those two things to get everything lined up so it wouldn't jump around (not to mention trying to minimize the jpg compression with the CoC manual), it was nuts. Each manual now takes up a gigabyte when I open one of them in Photoshop.

And I'll get started on the manuals I have tomorrow night, IrishNinja. I'm taking the rest of tonight off and playing some games to relax.

That would be cool if you could scan it. We used to have it, but the file got deleted from its hosting site.

You don't have to assemble it if you don't want it. I can do that. If possible, 600 dpi scans would be awesome, but 300 dpi will do if you can't host the zip because it's too big at 600. All I ask is to please make sure it's as flat as you can get it when scanning so the editing goes a little easier on my part (that middle section of the pages can be a bitch).
