Kelowna, British Columbia, Canada. Fun fact.. it's the fourth most expensive real estate market in the country, what with all the beautiful lake front property and rapidly developing suburban labyrinths, but it ranks in among the bottom 10% nationally for average yearly wage earned per capita. It's pretty well a paradise for credit card collecting attempted socialites living well beyond their means. That being said, there is a lot I like about this area, but Vancouver looks to be my habitation destiny in the next few years.

Come to jolly olde England where the weather is shite 90% of the time. Or if you're feeling completely suicidal, go to Scotland where it's grim all of the time.

Yep, though my cousin's and other's didn't, plus a few things I had lent out at the time were lost. I live close to downtown, so that really helps -- most damage was outside in surrounding areas.

Seeing that some parts of NY had flooding that was really bad, and my house has two HUGE trees surouding my house, I better take some percautions this winter, and my area is due for a hurricane!

A tornado touched down near NYC, so yeah... This winter might be hell.

    Megadrive

Living in Norman Oklahoma, U.S.A., originally from a small town in southern Oklahoma.

We've got OU, which is a decent school, but I could give a *!&% about the football team--went to OU on and off for five years and never saw a single game, but it's not safe to tell people here that. ;-)

We've got a marinally decent chain of used game stores (that carry all the "oldies but goodies") in the greater Oklahoma City metro area (of which Norman is a part), so I've been kept supplied with cheap games to play...just quit working for them though (no regrets about that), so no more "first dibs" for me on the good stuff.

The Netherlands. No, it's not a province of Europe, nor is Europe a country.
