If you're going to ask that price then you should at least try to make the game look its best. Each of those discs look like they have finger prints and smudges on them.

Vintage. The disc can have a billion fingerprints and smudges on the discs. He has the right to ask whatever he wants without the Ebert and Roper action on the pics. At the least, he had pics. Moreover, he can post beautiful pics and have the end product arrive to the buyer with prints and smudges. In the retro game world, too many people get all tea and crumpety when it comes to games and miss out on awesome deals! I am not hounding you Vint! Just another episode of threading ish on a Tuesday night! (lol) IT'S A FAMILY AFFAIR!!!!!

This is just a question about Final Fantasy VII in general. Are there two different releases of the black label version? I ask because I bought my copy used years ago at EBgames and the case is definitely a black label case but the discs are silver on top instead of white. Are there two different releases or did I get a greatest hits copy in a black label case?

Greatest hits got silver discs, black label had the white discs. Must have been a mix up. I think the manuals are the same though.

Are the serial numbers any different? I noticed my greatest hits copy of Final Fantasy 8 has a GH at the end of the serial number on the box and the discs, but my FF7 discs don't have this.
