All you need is an Action Replay for Xbox (or a memory card+usb to xbox cable), Splinter Cell and some "files". You simply load the "files" on to the memory card, pop the memory card into your xbox, convert the "files" to the harddrive, boot up Splinter Cell, load up the "files" and bam! - instant softmodded console!
