The seller can set it to auto reject offers under a certain amount, i also think if the seller has already rejected an offer of $0.25 it will also auto-reject your offer.

The thing is he didn't reject it..I still see it as make an offer

"Please enter a price of US $0.99 or more" - did he set it like that or did ebay do this

Why bother with the offer option if you can't make it below $1

I wouldn't bother to accept $0.25 as an offer on anything - wouldn't be worth the time after listing / Paypal fees and time spent listing/packing etc. Not unless the bidder was buying a few different items at once.

Sounds like it's the way the Seller set it up in the first place.

    It's a dollar, dude.

I paid $15 including s/h for the original Zelda 1 map... slept 8 hours that night.

Maybe he has the offer option by default on all his stuff, & forgot to adjust this one?

But really, MrWarrior - if you pinch those pennies any harder they might go through into your bloodstream and kill you.

This is almost as good as the guy that offered $5 for an item priced at $1000.

I can just imagine on another forum, there's a post titled **bleeping eBay from the seller of this manual, complaining about the offer you made
