Without money, there is going to have to be a huge increase in time and energy to keep this rolling. And everyone that gets added on is going to require that much more effort to keep things moving.
How long will these 80 episodes be?
Perhaps. For some reason Rottenbeard is getting visions of the Empire from Star Wars. How quick would this primary invasion be? Quick enough so that word couldn't spread (assuming many didn't notice an invasion force from outside territories) but slow enough that another invasion force could be built. Doesn't seem as cliqué as a straightforward invasion storyline, but it's not that original either.
I guess it's the Wind music, very catchy.
I don't give a shit if you get worked up by them. Take your Hulk "You won't like me when I'm angry" speech elsewhere. You're not intimidating anyone. If you can't handle people's opinions which conflict with your own, stop talking about this project.
Did you even watch the video? Only the creator was shown. If you did watch the video and wish to emulate it, then yours will be the only name viewers will see for 79 episodes. This is where your selfish attitude is being shown.
Or are you really meaning to do something like the CSI series' and have the principle characters credited at the beginning?
What about bit parts (assuming you have any from other sources)? Those people deserve being credited. Especially in the episode they appeared in. What you're planning to do is having credits for 80 episodes all in one long stretch? And will it feature things like "That guard from episode 56", "Computer voice used in episodes 4, 23, 24 & 25"?
Enjoy your shitload of 15 year olds who "LOVE SONIC" and who'll drop out 2 months into the project.
Right, that's enough, I can't put up with all this. No more details about my series. The hell with this. If all that's going to happen is me being criticized for everything I say, then screw it. If you don't like it, then just don't watch it and don't get involved. Are we clear on that?
I'm just going to answer Rottenbeard's questions then shut up.
Half an hour each.
Ugh... didn't think of that. Shit. But the primary invasion is 3 months in at the time the series takes place. But little does Eggman know, Sonic and his team know exactly where he is at the start of the series and will head to the planet Eggman invaded to drive him off. And that's where my fan characters come in as they've been battling Eggman for those 3 months he's invaded the planet. Basically, Sonic's team and all my fan characters are working together to drive Eggman off the planet and prevent the second invasion from happening.
I'll see where I can place that tune.
I'm not intending to intimidate anyone with that. I'm just pointing out what gets me worked up.
It'll be like CSI's opening where all the main characters' voice actors and anyone on the team will be credited. Just crediting the creator doesn't work in my book.
Bit parts will be credited whenever they appear. Computer voices might be made with text-to-speech programs, so those might not be credited.
So the plan is that noone is meant to know about the next invasion, as the first one has already happened by the first episode. Except everyone seems to know (with the exception of Eggman) How do you plan on carrying on the narrative with the main characters knowing the plot from the off?
Rottenbeard is pleased to hear this.
So basically you were talking shit when you said it was going to be like The Mentalist, you didn't bother to watch it did you?
Whenever they appear, which would normally imply in the credits at the end of the episode. But you've said you're not a fan of that practice and will reveal everyone after episode 80. Have you come over to Rottenbeard's way of thinking?
This is why Rottenbeard was an amazing creative director in his time.
I'm going to give a little spoiler here: Sonic has gone to the Chaotix to find Eggman's whereabouts since he hasn't been seen in a long time(in my series, the Chaotix are more serious than ever). It's thanks to an investigation by the Chaotix, which concludes at the start of episode 1, that Eggman's found.
I'm not one to say much bullshit, so I'm just going to say no.
Not quite.
If you'd like to, you're welcome to join the team. I'm just leading the team and coordinating everything, but having a good creative director is more than welcome.
People, just put this behind you, okay? It's been getting rather messy here, and I want to restart this whole thing fresh. Restate what you don't like(AND PLEASE DON'T MAKE IT SOUND LIKE YOU'RE ATTACKING ME) and I'll look into it.
What happened to this thread? this was supposed to be about weird official Sonic art, not about homebrew Sonic toons.
I propose we either try to get back on track or just kill this thread. (by not posting)
On that note, I'm just going to say that if someone wants to talk to me about my series, please exchange PMs with me.
Now, back on topic. Although, I don't have anything to share for weird Sonic artwork.![]()
Why haven't they made Sonic and Pals Skiing Adventure yet?
Which sounds better? Sonic the Hedgehog: The Sims Edition or the other way around?
Sonic has enough friends to make an entire Sims continent, never mind a measly city.
So Sonic, bored off his arse goes to ask some (possibly unpopular characters) to do some work because he's too busy running in circles trying to fuck himself to find out what Eggman's doing himself.
So basically you admit to being full of shit. Rottenbeard admires your honesty.
Please elaborate.
What would you like Rottenbeard to do.
