Its common knowledge that Emulation always takes much more CPU power then a compiled binary created for the actual system.

Oh. Well then. Guess that answers THAT.

This was the only video I could find about the game. One of my friends who's a shmup fanatic LOVES this game.

Don't know what everyone else posted in here, only read the initial post. But anyhow I can
    suggest these mustplay games:

    Mortal Kombat 1 - 3, Ultimate Mortal Kombat 3.

All the arguing about which port of MK2 is better will be over then, perfect Arcade replication
guaranteed : D UMK3 will be missing Brutalities and some of the characters will require
codes to be played, but still a worthy MK.

Also I think anything Sega should be tried out also, but that's just obvious.

    Free your music,

How come no one's mentioned Naomi games? Many of which are perfectly playable in Makaron or Demul. Some fine shmups and fighting games, among others.

It's a shame that Model 3 emulation is still preliminary. Daytona 2, VOOT and Scud Race would be too awesome to play bit-by-emulated-bit.

No I didn't, and I said it right from the start : D I just know that MKs are not that appreciated
here, so I push them at any occasion I can find.

@N.Saibot: I love the MKs! I just meant that in another post in this thread I already have them on collections.
@Pulstar: None of them are Xbox emulators are they? I would love to play Noami games, but I don't think the Xbox would have the specs to power them...

You CANNOT leave out Super Battletoads. It is a jawsum gory 3-player beat-em up.

I've been playing Cyberbots a lot lately - it's a very underappreciated game. Liked it so much I just bought the LE Saturn version.

Here's some footage from a tournament held in Japan last year:

Oh, how I would LOVE to see Sega Model 3 emulation reach the level Sega Model 2 emulation's now at. In the meantime, I think I'll look around for a bare Daytona USA 2 Power Edition PCB.

Now, as for recommendations, may I recommend Gradius through Gradius III, and the spinoffs Salamander and Life Force? Don't forget Thunder Force AC, Contra and Super Contra.
