I really like Bailey's , and a typical liquor here, which is like a sweet alcoholic egg nog.
In what beers concern, I like Corona and Indio. Both are mexican beers. I Have never liked Bud though.

I don't drink alcohol. Never have, never will.
Just picked this up:
I swear, every beer in there sounds fantastic! Can't wait to sample them all.
How do you know you don't want it if you haven't tried it?
My dad always liked to drink wine with dinner, and he had the philosophy of letting kids taste it if they wanted to. So the 1st time I tasted wine I was probably 4 yrs old. lol
The philosophy is that if you let kids see what it is, then alcohol won't ever be a big deal. In contrast, many kids whose folks never let them touch alcohol, will probably go nuts with drinking once they get to college, or turn 21. lol
Anyways, I think it's more worthwhile to see what it is, and then choose if you want to abstain or not. But, to each his own.![]()
That really depends on your drinking habits. In fact, drinking a beer a day is actually proven to be good for you. It has quite a few healthy ingredients.
I quote people smarter than me:
I guess you didn't know this. Happy drinking!Part of a Healthy Diet
Drinking one beer per day may be good for your health because it has been associated with a lower risk of cardiovascular disease.
Why? Some experts suggest these reasons:
- The folate found in beer may help to reduce homocysteine in the blood and lower homocysteine levels mean a lower risk of cardiovascular disease.
- Lab studies have found constituents in beer that lower triglycerides and LDL-cholesterol in mice.
- Drinking one beer per day reduces blood clotting so some studies found that cardiovascular patients who drank one beer per day also lived longer.
Other studies have found that women who consume one beer each day have improved mental health.
Drinking beer and other alcoholic beverages in moderation may also improve bone density.
Of course that doesn't mean that if one beer is good, three or four must be better. That isn't true. Drinking more than one beer or any alcoholic beverage per day can put too much alcohol in your system and that isn't good for you.
Your naivity is astounding. You think you're going to live for a long time, because you don't drink alcohol? Don't you know that there are a million other factors at stake, some of which you also have full control over? Just by looking at the pictures you posted I can tell that: you don't exercise often, nor get enough sun. You probably also don't watch your nutrition very well, and since you're in Canada you probably also eat more junk food than is healthy.
Now if you came across as a health freak I could understand you saying you don't want alcohol, but you're far from one, so it looks like a bad case of tunnel vision and lack of knowledge. Now go get yourself a beer.
