That cover is SICK! I did this same thing with Phantasy Star II. I hate the ugly cover on that game...why did they make Rolf and Nei look like they were cameo characters on Golden Girls?!

The pixel art for X-Men 2 is fantastic. I was blown away by it when I really looked at it for the first time. It's a good example of what the Genesis/MD could really do with just 64 colors.

My thoughts exactly. I liked the european cover design far better than the american one though. But when I came across some X-men art by David Finch, I knew which characters I wanted on my custom cover :P

Yes, it's improved in every way. The graphics, the gameplay, the music - everything is much better.

For sure. The first game, IMO, is pure crap. The second one is great in many, if not all, aspects...
