All you need is the video's code, in this case it's "Uo9NsvTU_qg". Copy that between the [YOUTUBE] tags and it will work.

Watching your video will have to wait until I rebooted my PC. Seems my sound driver isn't working atm.
The Mega Drive was far inferior to the NES in terms of diffusion rate and sales in the Japanese market, though there were ardent Sega users. But in the US and Europe, we knew Sega could challenge Nintendo. We aimed at dominating those markets, hiring experienced staff for our overseas department in Japan, and revitalising Sega of America and the ailing Virgin group in Europe.

Then we set about developing killer games.

At least both versions feature the same cover art (although it's not a particularly great artwork to begin with). During the SMS and MD/G days they'd have swapped it out with something they made up themselves.

I never understood why they couldn't have used regular CD cases for Sega CD and Saturn. CDs were rather new & exciting during the early 90s. I couldn't get enough of them to stack on my CD rack. Saturn and Sega CD games however you couldn't put there because they decided it'd be preferable to have special cases that wouldn't fit into anything that was made for storing CDs.

I think I'm the only person who prefers the Saturn US cases to the small Japanese cases.

LMAO! Of all the cases I have I do like the later Pal DVD like cases. They are about 20 smaller than the US cases and way sturdier than everything else.

You mean the later Saturn PAL cases ? Yeah, those aren't bad at all. Still would have preferred regular CD cases but those were great! Too bad that they didn't come up with them until late 1997 or so, when no one cared anymore. Plus it kinda ruined my by then neat collection of Saturn games in awful cardboard boxes.

In 15 years of Saturn collecting I've never had a US Saturn game case come from the US in one piece.

I was VERY lucky to win an auction for some replacement cases from a guy in ireland which all arrived in perfect condition.
