basically I have got streets of rage 2 and golden axe brought them from Xbox live arcade didnt play them for ages and now they have been changed back to demos that i cant even play. phoned up the helpline and they have no record of me buying the games even though i did and have got achievements on both games. WTF sorry for the rant

Did you buy a new console? Because if so you need to transfer your Licenses. But since you said you called them and they have no record of you buying the games that is kinda weird.
