EDIT:
Yay, reburned the Disk2 and it work again!(For now? XD)
Guess I scratched the Disk while inserting in my DC, I'm always careful to not touch the lens.

This is scary.
I played to Resident Evil: Code Veronica on my Dreamcast today, and it worked fine as always. The only changed I noticed today is that my VMU (Finally?) ran out of batteries. That beeping sound is not so anoying, well for now! Anyways, I played to it and it worked perfectly. I took a break, then replayed to it. And the problem is here: Sega logo, then it freeze. That never happened before!
"Okay. Strange. Reset the Dreamcast, with the A-B-X-Y-Start buttons."
It get back to the DC menu. Start the game again, and now I get the title screen. My VMU is detected, and now, I can see my save file (18. Chris - Location, blahblahblah). Press A, and then... Freeze again!I tried plenty of times and when it doesn't freeze after the Sega logo, I can't get any farther!
"What the f...?!"
Reset the DC like before, it get back to Resident Evil title screen, and same thing as always. Can't get any farther, the game won't load!
I used a GameShark CDX because I was stuck, on my first gaming session, last time the game started, about 1 hour earlier. In the end, I didn't need to use the code (Anyways, it haven't worked). So I guess the problem is here. Start GameShark CDX, remove the code, saving to VMU, start Resident Evil again... Same patern over and over, no change.
I checked multiples times, and yes, the code is not ON anymore! All the codes are OFF!
"Okay... Now THIS is scary."
I'm wondering if there is a problem with my VMU, so I test another game. Yes, the game load correctly, and plays perfect!
Maybe this is because of the 41 unlocked blocks on my VMU... Well, the VMU and the save file is detected, but it won't load, I get a Black Screen of Death. And the game still worked last time I played it, 1 hour earlier! The blocks were already unlocked!
Yes I'm starting a CD#2 savefile on the CD#2;
I really don't understand! The CD doesn't seem to have any scratch!
I once got a similar issue with House of the Dead 2, I got in the Training menu, and then Black Screen of Dead. The GD-ROM was silent like this time, we do ear it, but it doesn't make the huge "working statut" noise, you understand? But with HOTD2, it did worked again after 2 tries, and it still work now...
Anyone know what's going on? The DC is having plenty PLENTY of space to breathe. And by the way, i'm using... CD-R. :X Sorry guys. ^^"
Maybe I could... reburn the CD again?
I threat my Dreamcast better than my Wii! I'm always removing the disk when I'm done playing, something that I'm not doing on any other console!
Dreamcast, please don't die!
Thanks for your help!
EDIT: Tried it again, still don't work. I also noticed that I can't even start a new game - black screen of death again -. Of course, I tried to start a new game on the CD#2, but I'm pretty much sure that I'll have got a warning to swap disks!
