The Evolution mode music from Asphalt: Urban GT (DS). It pretty much sounds like something taken either from a Gran Turismo game or Ridge Racer Type 4's intermissions

The Mega Drive was far inferior to the NES in terms of diffusion rate and sales in the Japanese market, though there were ardent Sega users. But in the US and Europe, we knew Sega could challenge Nintendo. We aimed at dominating those markets, hiring experienced staff for our overseas department in Japan, and revitalising Sega of America and the ailing Virgin group in Europe.

I chuckled at the Google ad that popped up over this, it was for some kit to test rainwater for chemicals.
The wife has the "Absolute Garbage" DVD and this music video looks *amazing* on there. Just looking at it, you'd never know the video is 15 years old. They must have used film for the video as it is crystal clear.
The anime chick has nothing to do with the song, but this was the only upload I could find of the studio song that didn't have a video with it.
