Nope
Nuh-uh.
I didn't even know you could get it insured.
I have renters insurance though...

If you have renter's insurance, your game collection is insured. If you are under 18 living with your parents, it is insured. If you are 18 or older, you need to get renter's insurance (even if you live with your family).
If you have a large game collection, you will want documentation, preferably a video and photos. If you ever have a loss (fire, tornado) the insurance company is going to need proof.
Hope this helps (worked at a call center for a Home Insurance company).

Home owner's insurance and good records and documentation of what I own lets me sleep easy at night. No need to insure it further.
I have renters insurance ( it cost peanuts) and one of these to keep the baddies away.

You guys know that home insurance won't cover a large media collection in the 5 digits, right? They'll give you about $5000 to cover everything media related in your house (movies, music, games) and that's about it.
Thats a lot more than my set up is worth.
