Default Seen: Sega/AtGames wireless SD card console

I saw it at Walgreens' and hopefully I hid it well enough that I can get it when I have cash for it. On sale at $15, I really want to go snag it.

While most folks here disparage the AtGames products, I think $15 is worth it.

Just got back from Walgreens and it was NOT on sale, so it's $30 Someone had hidden it for themselves on the clearance rack.

I still want it but have to make cash to get it.

I'll have to check out walgreens, i'd pay $30 to give it a shot.

Is it worse than the Retrogen/Gen Mobile? For $30 I'd be happy with a SD enabled Retrogen, faults and all (I've had the Retrogen since launch.)

That's the main reason I want it, for the SD loadable content. It's been mentioned here before, with wireless controllers and the console looks like a stylized Sonic head. My main plan was to take a busted Model 2 and put the guts in the shell. If I can get it, that is.

What are we talking about? A new portable genny clone?

    [edit] nevermind. http://www.walgreens.com/store/c/atg...046677-product

I didn't even know it was SD ready. What's funny is that they're still calling these things "TV Games". Lol. Sounds like something they'd use in a 90s mall kiosk.

P.S.> It just occurred to me, with the hundreds of aftermarket three button genny controllers out there, couldn't they just make them so, instead of the constant Wii mote knock off? Also, I'd pay 15, even 30, dollars on a nice set of wireless genny controllers.
