That was foolish. There's no way for you to ensure that contract.
If you had the money, I'd suggest you sue him if that's even possible.

Since he's in Communist China, you're most likely SOL.

To top it all off... you don't even have the right to claim any rights to that product because it is not a product licensed by SEGA for use with their products. Hell, if I was SEGA, I'd sue you.

He does not need a license from Sega to make compatible products thankfully (He would need one for the Sega-artwork on the cover though).

Game Genie, PAR, or some games by Accolade were not licensed either. Of course he can not be sure that the guy from China keeps the contract; but itīs the best you can do. There is no way to sue some guy from China for copyright infringement either sadly. So thisdeal is the very best he can hope for.

i not use sources of sega, aslo i not use any tools or some other intellectual property of sega. so sega can't stop flashcart production as sony can't stop legal jailbrake sticks production.

Krikzz, you're a great guy. The Sega Genesis/Megadrive fan community owes you a debt of gratitude for engineering this retrogametech marvel, and for selling it at such a fair price. Thank you thank you THANK YOU, and Happy New Year too!
