    Default The white strip?

Lately I have been having problems with my 32x not loading games. The Sega licensing screen with white lettering will pop up but then it sometimes just goes black afterwards. I can get games to work but after about 3 to 5 tries. Taking the games out and putting them back in. All my games contacts have been cleaned (I haven't yet cleaned the 32x's so that may be another option).

I have a model 2 Genesis and just now put the little plug that comes with the 32x and plugs into the CD port on so I will see how that goes. In the mean time can anyone explain to me this white strip problem the 32x has, what would be happening if it was coming loose, and also how to fix it if that is the case?

    Thanks

It just comes loose, you just reseat them..
Customized Sega Genesis Model 1 - VA3. Energy efficient with buck converters instead of LM7805's.

I was wondering more along the lines if there was a permanent fix. So it may just be something that has to be done every so often? Does this sound like it's related or would it be all or nothing? Like if it was coming loose games wouldn't play at all?

    Thanks
