Rookie member, long time Sega player

Hi,

Have been reading this site for years now, and used to be registed as "undertaker" but only made a couple of game reviews/posts (Batman and Alien soldier).

Naturally, I´m a big Sega fan and of the Mega Drive/Genesis in particular since 1992 when I got the Mega Drive for Christmas (It came with 4 games: Sonic, Super Hang On, Last Battle and World Cup Italia´90).

Soon after, I would get my first game outside the games packed with the console: Sonic 2, one of many games I would end up owning or playing for the system, so looking forward to share my experiences/opinions with the rest of the members from this site

One quick memory I´ve got from the time I got the Mega Drive is that at first I tought at the time the Master System was superior
I guess it was the name..."Master", luckly my parents did give us (it was my little brother´s also) the Mega Drive.

Besides that, because at the time the Mega Games cart was not avaiable instead we got World Cup Italia 90, Super Hang On and Last battle all in their own boxes, besides Sonic of course. I later liked columns but at the time coming from old tvgames Last Battle was a very cool game and I still played a lot of columns because my cousin bought also a Megadrive shortly after and his did come with the Mega Games cart
